Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

How much are house cleaning services?

This depends on the size of your house — enter how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have into the form above and get an instant quote. We’re confident you’ll find prices extremely reasonable given the high level of service you will receive from your pro.

What is your plan cancellation policy?

A late cancellation fee of $70 will be applied to commitments cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed upon appointment date.

You are welcome to be at home during your cleaning session, but it is not mandatory. If you prefer not to be present, please provide access through a hide-a-key, door code, or garage code. A completion text will be sent out when your appointment has been completed.


•⁠ ⁠It's important to ensure that your cleaner can access your home. If your cleaner finds themselves locked out, you will have 30 minutes to respond to our call or text to grant entry. If we do not hear from you within that time, a $100 lockout fee will be charged, and the service will need to be rescheduled.

Do you offer refunds? 

We do not and cannot offer refunds after payment has been rendered for services provided. 

How I can obtain discounts?

If you call today you will receive 50% percent in your first cleaning.

When you refer a friend or family member to our company, you will receive a one-time discount of $20 off your next cleaning visit after they have completed their first cleaning! To claim your discount, the new client must inform us that you referred them. (Obviously, the new client need hire us)

How long should a house cleaning take?

It depends entirely on the size of your house and the select of your plan!

Photography release

•⁠ ⁠We often use before and after photos from clients for marketing on social media and our website. If you prefer that your home's photos, not be posted, please let us know before services begin. We are not responsible for photos used if we weren't informed. You can request the removal of any picture.
•⁠ ⁠When posting, we block out identifying information. Not all photos are posted; some are taken for liability purposes. Opting out of posting does not mean we won't take pictures

Your cleaning day responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Please remove any clutter, such as dishes, clothing, toys, or miscellaneous items, so we can effectively clean all surfaces and floors. Clearing clutter also helps protect your cleaner from potential incidents. If clutter is present, those areas may be skipped or cleaned around.
•⁠ ⁠Minimize interruptions to help your cleaner stay focused and avoid oversights. Distractions can make it difficult to complete the job within the scheduled time.
•⁠ ⁠Lastly, ensure your home is set to a reasonable temperature, preferably 70 degrees or lower, to prevent your cleaner from overheating while working

Pets

We love pets! However, it's important that you ensure your pet(s) are secure during our visit to protect both them and our cleaner. Many animals can be unsettled by unfamiliar people or loud noises. If your pet is afraid of vacuums or tends to be territorial, we kindly ask that you crate them.
•⁠ ⁠Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning up any pet messes, such as litter boxes, vomit, urine, and feces. If we need to address any of these issues while you are away, please note that a $35 biohazard
